Designed for use on installations where making use of different AC points or different electrical phases are necessary on installations, the XSeries bus isolator allows for convenient connections of multiple power supplies to key-bus peripherals.

FEATURES

• Protect peripherals from surges on the key-bus caused by “ground loops”
• Provide 1kV optical isolation
• Will extend the range of key-bus signals

The Bus Isolator should be used on sites where:

• The control panel power supply is not the only supply being used to power peripherals connected to a key-bus
• The key-bus cable is longer than 100m
• The key-bus cable runs outdoors
• The key-bus cable runs in a conduit alongside other electrical cables
